Annual Meeting:

In strict accordance with our Articles of Incorporation, Article VI, Paragraph C, an annual meeting is held on the last Wednesday of March of each year.  This is the main meeting of the association.  Among the business conducted is the election of board members for the association year commencing on April 1.  We urge all members to participate in this once a year event.  

Quarterly Meetings:

The board holds a routine meeting at the beginning of each quarter.  Usually the meeting is held on the first Tuesday of each quarter (January, April, July and October) at 6:30PM at the  River Center Library meeting room, located at the NE corner of River and Craycroft.  However, at times we need to change this due to scheduling conflicts.  The time, date and location of each meeting will be publicized by sign and e-mail prior to each meeting.  All association members are invited to attend and participate in the operation of their association.

Special Meetings:

“Work party” meetings may be called for the purpose of completing a work project such as cleaning the common property.  Occasionally, the association hosts a social event to give our members an opportunity to meet other members.  Participation by our members is key to the success of these special meetings.
